Elite · Five stages

From brief to remembered.

Before you fill in the six-pillar form at /journey, this page shows exactly what the Elite desk does at each stage — from the moment your brief arrives to the evening the desk logs for next time.

The five stages

Brief, respond, compose, host, remember.

Every Elite journey moves through the same five stages. The desk handles every handoff between them — the member only sees the event itself.

  1. Brief submitted.
Visitor fills the six-pillar form at /journey — tickets, aviation, hotel, dining, security, on-site host — in one submission. The desk receives the full brief within seconds.
    on request
  2. Concierge responds.
The assigned concierge reviews the brief and replies within one business day — scope, feasibility, and first-pass options across every pillar the brief named.
    confirmed
  3. Coordinated itinerary delivered.
The desk assembles a single signed itinerary covering every pillar: ticket allocation, aviation routing, hotel hold, dining reservation, and on-site host assignment — all under one arrangement.
    partner-routed
  4. On-site host arrives.
On the day, the designated host meets the principal at the gate. Credentialing, escort between venue and suite, ground coordination, and after-hours routing are handled live.
    confirmed
  5. Journey completed and remembered.
Post-event, the desk logs preferences, outcomes, and contacts for the next brief. The member never re-explains what they like — each journey informs the next.
